Draft at the brewpub.
Murky hazed orange, nearly opaque. A fingers width of foam that fades to a thin ring, no surface skim.
Aroma is crisp and minerally, not much acidity.
Taste is more acidic and sour, lemony tang with an initial hint of the pink Himalayan salt on first taste.
The sourness is dominant but fades soon into a clean dry finish. Light and very quenching, had two in a row easily.
Really nails the style, and very refreshing on humid August day. Had 2 in a row.
