The peach aroma and taste at the outset are both really nice, but I ultimately found that this nice looking beer suffered because it was pretty light and insubstantial. It tends away from sweetness, though it isn’t manifestly sour. I wish that it had been a little zippier in the carbonation department. And for my unsophisticated palate, I didn’t get any ginger or black tea notes. I will try it again as a stand-alone rather than an accompaniment for dinner.
