Four fingers of foam, giant head, dark garnet tone, good clarity. Head deflates, no lace or skim really.
Aroma is yeast driven, fruity sweet and oddly some vanilla.
Taste is a little more malt forward, tea leaves and bread crusts. A little too astringent, medium bodied with supple carb. Still, it’s fairly drinkable. The vanilla is a little distracting, hopefully there wasn’t any added and it’s just my imagination.
