Murky opaque pale yellow orange, compact layer of surface foam that leaves behind some lacing.
Dry hop is most noticeable in the aroma, the citrus and green botanicals compliment the tart juicy gose.
Tart and fruity with a citrusy edge, smooth and slightly pulpy feel, very light hop flavor present.
Tart lacto, zero bitterness, a touch of salinity was noticeable at a well-balanced level.
Overall this was a great variation on the standard gose, which is always a go-to for me.
Interestingly they offered blood orange and lingonberry syrups as an addition at the bar.
Maybe they'll brew some fruited versions in the future...
