On tap at Waltham Curling Club, Triumph, IL. Pours a hazy amber and is capped by a frothy ivory colored head. Fruity aroma with some herbal hops and caramely malt. Flavors are fruity with apricot and citrus, herbal pine, floral, malt is bready with caramel.; all well-balanced no, but I'm missing where this is an amber ale - seems more like a pale ale. Carbonation is fluffy giving a fuller mouth-feel, bitterness is kept in check with a solid malt backbone, semi-dry finish. Overall, I thought this was decent. I assumed I was drinking a pale ale until I looked at the keg to see exactly what I was drinking. Regardless of the style, I would not seek this one out.

Taste: bread, yeast, tart, caramel malts, airy mouth-feel. Fermented grainy, floral yeast nose. Golden Light amber hue, clear, tall super foamy head, some lace. Medium body. Might have been in the bottle too long.

Pours a cloudy dirty brown color. Thin off-white head dissipates steadily leaving a thin layer of foam on top of the beer.
Smell has notes of cereal grains and buttery popcorn ... Diacetyl.
Taste has notes of grains, malts, and lots of Diacetyl. Not good. Bitter finish.
Feel is medium bodied with light carbonation.
Overall this beer is not good - lots of Diacetyl ... Hard pass.
