Intense iridescent yellow-orange colour. White foam, finely bubbly, high, covers this golden liquid for a long time. It paints nicely on the glass.
Aroma very strong, hoppy, fruity - citrus, with a malty background. It is juicy and pleasantly fresh.
The taste has a balance of malty, 'fruity' sweetness and a hoppy, zesty bitterness.
The alcohol is perfectly hidden. Medium saturation. Full body, "thick". Liquid texture very smooth, soft, almost fluffy. Long hoppy aftertaste.

Copenhagen 8/2 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Gamma's usual design with what looks like a pointilist painting of an intestinal system on the can.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, flimsy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet, slightly fermented odor of tropical fruit mingling with a scent of citrus frit and a strong whiff of freshly mown lawn. Passion fruit, papaya and pineapple. Grapefruit and oranges. Grass.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, greasy, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Potent yet not too heavy DIPA. Probably good for my intestinal system.

Poured to a BrewDog snifter glass.
A: Pours a beautiful opaque yellow to orange color. The head is white, half a centimeter thick with medium retention.
S: The aroma is hoppy with giant citrus tones, with tropical notes like pineapple and mango.
T: Taste starts off with a sweet tangerine-like citrus tone that will evolve into a greener but still fresh and crisp of hops.
M: Body is medium high. Carbonation is spot on. Alcohol is unnoticeable. Bitterness is medium high.
O: Gimme more of this.

Pours a hazy orange with fine, soapy head.
Smell is fruity and a bit juicy with notes of grass, melon, citrus, peach and a hint of sweetness. Quite mellow, though.
Taste is nowhere near as mellow as the nose, it's instead jucy and fruity with a solid bitterness and notes of mango, melon, peach and some dank sweetness. Quite strong, but still very well balanced.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft, pillowy and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific DIPA, easily the best I've had by Gamma.
