Copenhagen 21/6 2020. 44 cl can from Mikkeller web-shop. Can is decorated by very colorful art by Leif Gann-Matzen.
Pours milky, slightly dirty, yellow with a medium-sized white head. Stable. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light sweet fruity odor and stronger citric notes. Sweet peach and pineapple. Citrus sour odor with slightly sweeter lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, smooth, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and citric. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
I drink this very fresh (produced at the beginning of june). And under these conditions “Geeked Up” is an easy to drink, fresh and fruity experience.
