Copenhagen 8/1 2020. 44 cl can from Østerbro Vin & Spiritus (formerly Gunnar Madsen Vinhandel), Østerbrogade, Kbh. Ø. Abstract painting on the can resembling insect-like forms in different shades of brown.
Pours opaque, milky, hazy yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as Lumby layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense, citric and dry and severly soaked in hops. Light odor of exotic fruit. Peach and papaya. Light touch of fermentation. Strong odor of grape fruit and lime. Acerbic and strong. Spicy and dry.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense. A light sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Finish is dry.
Dry, crisp and citric.
