Copenhagen 26/9 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Drawing of white brick wall running through a palm garden on the can.
Pours opaque yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, flimsy, almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light sweet and fruity odor soon overpowered by a dry and citric scent. Pineapple and scallions. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intensewith a medium strong sweetness followed by stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while, Finish is dry.
An almost gentle DIPA managing to hide most of its ABV quite efficiently.

Pours a hazy orange with soft, soapy head.
Smell is juicy and a bit sweet with notes of mango, orange sorbet and a hint of vanilla.
Taste is juicy and fruity with a bit of sweetness to it. Notes of citrus, melon, grapefruit peel and grapes. Soft bitterness and well balanced with no sign of alcohol.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice DIPA, well made.
