Copenhagen 27/5 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Liquid chaos in red, grey and black on the can.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized, bubbly white head. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of stone fruit and a tropical streak mingling with a dry citric scent. Peach and mango. Whiff of pale malts. Grapefruit and citrus.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Nice and fairly potent Indian Pale Ale which leaves me with a dry mouth. It certainly is “Mam”.
