Copenhagen 24/8 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Gamma’s usual design with a lot of blue tesseracts with other geometric figures in the background. As the tesseract exists in a 4-dimensional space this is rather weird.
Pours opaque hazy golden amber with a big white head. Stable. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light odor of stone fruit mingling with a stronger scent of citrus fruit. Sweet peach and apricot. Grapefruit and citrus. A bit searing.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, slightly viscous and lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sour twist. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Zesty and dry. In three dimensions.
