Copenhagen 18/4 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Gamma’s usual design with a strange blue sky with a shining star and unusual planets.
Pours opaque golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin, flimsy layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light sweet fruity and perfumed odor mingling with a sharp citric scent. Peach and roses. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a light sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a citric touch. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Pleasant smooth NEIPA with dry bitter bite.
