Copenhagen 21/2 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Gamma's usual design with stripes in red, green, black and orange.
Pours opaque, hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as thin, remnants of foam floating about. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with sweet odor of stone fruits mingling with a stronger citric scent. Peach and apricot. Lemon and lime. Whiff of grapefruit. A bit resinous.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light redeeming sweet undertone. Lingers for a while, Finish is rather dry.
Refreshing and fairly intense. Nice one.
