Copenhagen 28/2 2023. 44 cl can from Craft Makers Collective web-shop. Gamma's usual artist design with what looks like a Avocado skin dipping in light green, red and orange colors.
Pours opaque dark brown with a big beige head. Bubbly. Settles as thin layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweetly spiced odor mingling with dark alcohol. Toffee and brown sugar. Vanilla, coconut and dark chocolate. Whiff of cinnamon.
Light carbonation. Thick, oily, viscous, creamy, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet toffee with a light bitter and spicy undertone. Lingering. Finish is sweet vanilla.
A bit on the sweet side with a light touch of Christmas.
