Copenhagen 12/2 2023. 44 cl can from Craft Makers Collective web-shop. White can with purple circular area sporting a coat of arms and the name and ABV of the beer in gold.
Pours slightly unclear yellow with a mid--sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin unbroken layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light malty sweet odor soon overcome by a citric, grassy and a bit sharp scent. Sweet pale malts. Bread and grains. Citrus, lemon and freshly mown grass.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
A Kølsch-like beer with a fragrant elegant nose and a bit generic flavor.
