Copenhagen 7/1 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Gamma's usual single color Just the One design. This time in turquoise.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a big white head. Settles as Thin, patchy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of stone fruit soon overpowered by zesty citrus fruit. Sweet ripe peach. Grapefruit in abundance. A bit of lime. Acerbic.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is rather intense with a medium strong sweetness mingling with a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a bit sharp. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
State of the art, zesty, soft Cascade Indian Pale Ale. .
