Copenhagen 19/11 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Gamma's usual single color Just the One design. This time in blue.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of fruity mamalade mingling with zesty citrus fruit. and perhaps a bit dampened by the foam. Orange marmalade, peach and passion fruit. Lemon and grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is rather intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Solid Single Hop NEIPA with a characteristic touch of marmalade.
