Copenhagen 5/11 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Gamma's usual single color Just the One design. This time in green.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a huge white head. Settles as 3 cm thick crown of foam completely obscuring the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense and perhaps a bit dampened by the foam. Sweet melon and peach. Blood orange and lemon. Hints of grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is rather intense with a strong fruity sweetness mingling with a medium strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a pleasant sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Very nice Sngle Hop Indian Pale Ale showcasing gentle Amarillo.
