Copenhagen 27/10 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Gamma's usual design with what looks like an unfocused picture of Lava.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, flimsy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing,
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of fermented tropical fruits mingling with tart citrus fruit. Fermented mango and overripe peach. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily soft, slightly greasy, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
A bit on the flat side with a fermented sweet touch and a more subtle bitter bite.
