Copenhagen 15/10 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Gamma's usual can design with what looks like postmodern art from the eighties in cool blue and green shades with a bit of red for contrast.
Pours opaque, slightly dirty, golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet slightly fermented odor of tropical fruits mingling with subtle citric scents. Overripe mango and peach. Citrus and lemon. Sharp alcohol.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a boozy streak. A bit searing. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Potent and pleasant DIPA.
