Copenhagen 26/1 2025. 44 cl can from N'Bro Kiosken. Nørrebrogade, Kbh. N. Gamma's usual can design with a maelstrom like patterne in blue with contrasting red and orange.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable, Settles as a 1 cm thick layer of foam obscuring the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with sweet odor of ripe Stone fruits mingling with a sharp odor of Citrus fruits. Sweet Peach and Apricots. Blood orange. Lemon and Lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by stronger tart bitterness Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Smooth and bitter.
