Copenhagen 4/9 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Can in Gamma's usual design with an abstract drawing of what looks like migrating birds in red and orange.
Pours clear amber with a small white head. Settles thin and flimsy patch of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet biscuity odor mingling with lightly toasted, sweet malts and bit of metal. Toffee and sweet biscuits. Hints of metal peeking in.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet undated sugary. Lingers for a bit. Finish is flat and sweet with a touch of nuts.
Middle of the road Vienna which manages to be a bit too sweet for my tastebuds.
