Copenhagen 13/7 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Gamma’s usual design with some abstract blistering art in different shades of blue.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin flimsy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a zesty, floral quality. Sweet exotic fruits like peach, passion fruit and pineapple mingling with grapefruit and lemongrass with a twist of tart gooseberries.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric and tart bitterness. A bit searing. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingering. Finish is dry.
Potent, tart and dry.
