Copenhagen 3/4 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Gamma's usual design with what looks like a close up of the pineapple peel.
Pours opaque, hazy, golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin, flimsy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet malty odor with touch of tropical fruit mingling with a stronger tart and reckless citrus scent. Sweet peach and pineapple. Pale malts. Tart tangerine and citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong tart, sour bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and acidic. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
NEIPA with a tart, spicy citric outlook.
