Copenhagen 27/3 2022. 44 cl cn from Meny, BorupsAllé, Frb. F. Gamma's usual can design this time with a kind of repetitive art running from top to bottom including a sleepy eye, what looks like a chili fruit ad a white fang.
Pours opaque, hazy, pale yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet perfumed odor of stone fruit mingling with a subtle scent of citrus fruit. Peach and apricot. Floral. Lemon and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick. oily, soft yet lightly tingling texture.
Flavor îs medium intense with a medium long sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is citric and bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Well -balanced although a bit on the sweet side.
