Copenhagen 20/1 2022. 44 cl can from Beerlivery web-shop. Gamma’s usual design with a lot of horizontal stripes in different shades of brown and burgundy.
Pours opaque dark brown with a big beige head. Stable. Settles as thin but consistent layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a dark sweet and fruity odor with earthy notes. Dark roasted malts, sweet cherries, leather and tobacco. Strong tart fruity notes.
Medium strong carbonation. Medium thick, soft, oily and lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour with a sweet undertone. Lingering. Finish is boozy, tart cherries.
Finely balanced between the sweet boozy and tart cherries.
