Copenhagen 28/1 2022. 544 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Gamma's usual design with pattern of forklifts on a dark blue background.
Pours unclear yellow with a midsized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin but consistent layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with sharper, grassy, hoppy notes. Sweet pale malts, bread and grains. Fresh grass with a touch of rubbing alcohol.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is fairly dry.
Malty but not without bitter bite.
