Copenhagen 24/11 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Gamma's usual single color Just the One design. This time in dark purple.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a big white head. Settles as 0,2 cm thick layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with mild sweet odor of Stone fruits mingling with a stronger citric scent. Sweet peach and apricot. Grapefruit and lemon. Whiff of resin and pine.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Very nice Single Hop Indian Pale Ale Laden with pine trees and citrus fruit.
