Copenhagen 14/12 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Gamma’s usual single hop design in light green with a well hidden pattern.
Pours opaque, hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sharp tart citric scent with a touch of gasoline and a sweet fruity scent with a touch of coconut. Peach and tangerine. Bounty Bar. Grapefruit and lime.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Fine nose but more subdued in flavor.
