A dark and mysterious brew with a bold hop profile, Moonflower balances roasted malt character with bright, fruity notes. Expect hints of pineapple and citrus from the Bru-1 and Mosaic hops, paired with a touch of pine and earthiness from Cascade.

Copenhagen 9/12 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Gamma's usual design with a dark flowery structure as motif.
Pours opaque, murky, moon with mid-sized tan head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam stretching to cover the surface f the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet, toasted and a bit perfumed odor mingling with citrus fruit. Sweet, toasted malts, rye bread and flowerbed. Citrus and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft. almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
More dry than roasted.
