Copenhagen 15/3 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Gamma's usual Singler Hop IPA design this time in pink.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a huge white head. Settles as thin, frothy layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet lemonade-like sweetness mingling with a sharp citric scent. Sweet orange and a touch of white sugar. Ripe peach. Citrus and lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a light6 sweetness followed by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Fine tart Single hop Indian Pale Ale.
