Copenhagen 5/3 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Another feature in Gamma's Single hop Indian Pale Ale. Simple mono-colored design - this time in grey.
Pours opaque, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of Stone fruit and a light herbal touch. Subtle citrus fruit Peach and nectarine,. Lime and lemon. Touch of pine.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed ad balanced by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Finish is rather dry.
Satisfying Single Hop Indian Pale Ale.
