Copenhagen 17/ 4 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Gamma's usual design with something thar resembles the artwork of a prog Rock music album.
Pours almost clear golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as paper thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe Stone fruits mingling with a more subtle citric scent. Ripe peach and apricot. Citrus and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is rather intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Fine bitter specimen.
