Our newest collab with Freestyle Hops, a NZ based hop farm that have allowed us to not only use their very popular Cryogenic Liquid Dry Hop concentrate, SubZero Hop Kief®, but also their new breed Peacharine, which has not yet hit the official market. This all ended up giving us a NZ IPA at 7%.

Copenhagen 27/2 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Can In Gamma's usual design with a black spiral-like figure on a red background.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as 1,5 cm thick layer of foam obscuring the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of ripe Stone fruits and green Grapes mingling with a sharp citric scent. Whiff of Pine trees. Peach, Grapes and pineapple. Grapefruit and Lemon. Resin.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor îs medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry,
Showcasing NZ Hops.
