Copenhagen 8/7 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Metallic ripple on the can. Very postmodern and transmodular.
Pours opaque, slightly dirty murky orange with a small whip head. Settles as a thin but consistent layer foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a slightly fermented, sweet odor of tropical fruit mingling with more subtle citric notes. Mango and papaya. Citrus and grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a prominent sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Sweetish and potent but not without a bitter bite.
