This one’s a true labor of love. Aged just over two years in Woodford Reserve barrels, B.A. Whine is our English-style Barleywine collab with ToØl that’s been soaking up all the best bourbon has to offer. Expect a deep caramel sweetness with that unmistakable bourbon warmth, balanced by a hint of hop bitterness that’s held strong through the aging process. Cascade, Amarillo, and Columbus hops bring just enough edge to cut through the richness, making each sip a journey of bold flavors and refined depth. For those who like their beers with character.

Copenhagen 2/3 2025. 33 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard. Kbh. S. Can in Gamma's usual design with a motif of what looks like fluid lava.
Pours clear dark maroon with a mid-sized off-white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as a thin patch of foam floating in the middle of the glass. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is intense with a strong, sweet, sugary odor mingling with dark alcohol. Brown sugar, caramel, toffee and liqueur. Dark fruit like Raisins and Plums. Sweet Bourbon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, a bit sticky, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a heavy sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a rough bitter undertone. Lingering. Finish is sweet and boozy.
