Copenhagen 12/3 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Ale, Frb. F. Robotic hand holding ills of different colors on the can.
Pours slightly dirty, golden yellow with a big white head. Settles as thin but frothy layer of foam crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a bit of exotic fruit. Strong citric notes chiming in. Hints of peach and honey melon soon overpowered by grapefruit and citrus.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, watery, soft, smooth, tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a strong, citric and a bit harsh bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is citron and dry.
Indian Pale Ale quite on the bitter side. Not much tranquilizing pills over this.
