Copenhagen 9/3 2021. 44 l can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. What looks like a techno rave party running amok on the can.
Pours opaque, hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with a dry citric scent. Sweet melon and peach. Grapefruit and lime.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric and sharp bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light sweet undertone. Lingers for while. Finish is bone-dry.
Fine fairly bitter and dry specimen.
