Copenhagen 1/3 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. A swan sporting a peach and a raspberry on the can.
Pours opaque hazy pink with a big light pink head. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet lemonade-like, fruity odor. Peach and red berries. White sugar. Citrus and unripe sour currants.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, bit sticky, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate sourness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a sour undertone. Lingers shortly. Finish is dry.
Light on salt, high on fruit.
