Copenhagen 15/2 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Blue can with some black pixel interference.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, flimsy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet scent of exotic fruit mingling with citric notes. Peach, pineapple. Citrus and lemon.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is biter and lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Solid NEIPA with good intensity and a soft palate.
