Copenhagen 11/12 2020. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Artwork by Leif Gann-Matzen with strange patterne with small groups of round spheres in pair if threes in different colors connected by thin wires.
Pours brown-fish dirty, opaque, hazy yellow with a big white head. Settles as uneven, lumpy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light sweet, fruity odor soon overpowered by stronger citric scents. Peach and papaya. Citrus and grape fruit. Slightly acerbic and sharp.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture. On the verge of being fizzy.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and citric and lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Nicely intense and fairly bitter session IPA with light fizziness.
