Copenhagen 12/4 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. A very colorful maelstrom in blue on a pink background on the can.
Pours unclear pale yellow with a huge white head. Stable. Settles as uneven and lumpy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of Tropical fruits mingling with a stronger citric scent. Sweet ripe Peach and Currants. Bread and a hint of Caramel. Grapefruit and Lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft yet lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Clean and crisp and with a decent bitter bite.
