Copenhagen 23/4 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Ca in Gamma's usual design with ac wobbly white "10" on a purple and black background.
Pours unclear - almost opaque - golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable, Settles as a paper thin patch of foam floating in the middle of the glass. Unable of covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of over-ripe Exotic fruits mingling with a sharp scent of alcohol. Sweet Mango. Peach and Blood Orange. Mild citric notes. Lemon and Lime Prominent presence of alcohol.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undertone. And a bit boozy. Lingering. Finish is semi-dry and immensely soaked in alcohol,
A boozy Birthday.
