Hirtshals 10/10 2020. 44 cl. can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Painting of twirling, green snakes on the can.
Pours opaque, hazy, pale yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as a lumpy, uneven layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a dominant odor of sharp citrus and unripe berries. Hints of sweet peach. Floral notes.
Light carbonation. Thin, watery, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a light sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste citric and bitter. Lingers shortly. Finish is dry.
Nice and dry - and a little bit thin.
