Copenhagen 7/4 2025. 33 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Gamma's usual can design with a weird pattern of brown and red snake-like serpent like stripes on a dark background.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small light beige head. Stable. Settles as a thin rim of foam running along the side of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is rather intense with a sweet and dark odor mingling with an abundance of cocoa and a sourish scent. Dark roasted malts, biscuits and brown sugar. Cocoa. Sour milk.
Light carbonation Medium thick, oily, slightly viscous, soft, lightly tingling,
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed ad balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a bitter undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Not the worst Flux to hover in for eternity.
