Copenhagen 6/9 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Gamma's usual can design with some colorful flowers on a dark background s motif.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles a thin but unbroken layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe Stone fruits mingling with a zesty, sharp scent of citrus fruit. Peach and apricot. Grapefruit and lime. Touch of resin.
Rather strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingæing texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter but a tad watery. Lingers shortly. Finish is semi-dry and a bit thin.
Zesty but a little thin.
