Copenhagen 21/5 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé. Frb. F. Can in Gamma's usual design with a pattern of what looks like illuminated jellyfish.
Pours unclear amber with a red hue and a big off-white head. Stable. Settles as a 1 cm this layer of frothy foam obscuring the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet toasted odor mingling with a subtle scent of citrus fruit and a light herbal touch. Sweet biscuits and tasted bread. A hint of Orange jam. Lemon and lime.
Light carbonation. Lightly thick, oily, lively and a bit tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sharp edge. Lingering. Finish is dry.
Sweet biscuits and a sharp bitterness.
