Bold and clean, with tropical notes and a citrus snap from all-Aussie hops.

Copenhagen 24/6 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Gamma's usual can design with a weird pattern in off-white, burgundy and blue.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as paper thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a subtle odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with a more prominens sour and tart scent. Peach and apricot. Sharp tart lime and lemon. Touch of sour gooseberries.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a bit unforgiving. Lingering. Finish is dry.
Delicious if you like it bitter - but not for everyone.
