Copenhagen 23/1 2022. 44 cl can from Beerlivery web-shop. Can in Gamma's usual design with a piece of art which looks a bit like storage facility for cheese.
Pours opaque, hazy, pale yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as a 4 cm thick blanker of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense despite the massive amount of foam. Healthy dose of sweet, tropical fruit mingling with bitter, citric scents. Pineapple and peach. Grapefruit and lemon. A bit sharp.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, creamy, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with pleasant soft, sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Smooth, soft and with appropriate intensity.
