Copenhagen 10/3 2020. 44 cl can from Beerlivery webshop. what looks like checkered paper with some crosses on it - with a part of the paper where it is reversed.
Pours hazy, murky, golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as thin layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense, tart and citric with a light touch of exotic fruit. Peach and papaya. Grape fruit and lime providing strong tartness. Acerbic.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a strong, tart, citric bitterness Aftertaste is sour and bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Quite intense for a session IPA. Smooth and fitfully bitter with a citric touch.
